Larry is a senior business executive with over 25 years of extensive financial services experience including commercial loan development, underwriting, and commercial credit adjudication. Larry brings a comprehensive and thorough approach to the lending process combining his expertise in finance, treasury, operations, business planning, capital formation, and project execution.
Prior to founding Tidal Capital Advisory Services, Larry was instrumental in the successful start up and profitable operation of two financial institutions including Live Oak Bank, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Port City Capital Bank where he served as Chief Financial Officer/Senior Credit Administrator. Larry has also held senior leadership roles at First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, BB&T and First Union National Bank.
